I live in California and I needed to buy a car for my sister who lives in Indiana. I have a cousin who knows cars really well who lives in the Chicago suburbs. I found a couple of cars near him (on the internet, of course) that he went to look at, but they either had defects that didn't show up in pictures or other issues like being salvaged. I found a snazzy looking 2018 Ford EcoSport for under $13k with only 25k miles on the Premium Motors website. I emailed to check availability and heard back quickly from Juan. I asked how long the car had been on their lot and he answered truthfully (I knew from BeenVerified how long they had owned it.) He was courteous and professional so I sent my cousin to look at it. Cousin gave thumbs up, Juan knocked even a little more off the price as well as fixed a couple of lazy seatbelts that weren't retracting right. He arranged for transport of the vehicle and had it delivered to my sister who is THRILLED with her beautiful new (to her) car. So many things could have gone wrong trying to pull this off from a distance but nothing did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Premium Motors and Juan!

We went there for my daughters first financed car. They really helped her out to get it out the door. Great experience with Elizabeth and the finance gentleman that made it all come together! We did notice the tire sensor was out and they did let us bring it back the next day for repair!
