I want to send a quick thank you to the entire team at Premium Motors for the professional and welcoming manner they showed me with the purchase of my new car. I had been searching for this car for months and found exactly what I was looking for at Premium Motors in Villa Park, Illinois. I called and talked to Juan. He is friendly and very helpful. Because I am in Ohio, Juan took and sent me additional photos of the car including the underside. Based on the photos and the conversation we had I gave him a deposit for the car. That same day Juan stayed late so my brother, who lives near the dealership, could test drive the car. After driving the car my brother agreed it was exactly as described. The price for this car was far better than what I have been seeing on-line from other sellers for the exact same car. They held the car for me until I could fly out several days later to finalize the deal. The next day I put the top down drove it back home with a smile on my face the entire way. I would definitely buy from Premium Motors again.

Great experience! I had to work with the salesman remotely because I was far away and had a lot on my plate. I had my wife go up to test drive the vehicle and Paul was a perfect gentleman to her - very courteous, kind, informative, and showed genuine interest in us and in our family. I could tell he was doing everything he could to bring the price into a reasonable range for us and our family. The dealer was agreeable enough to have a prepurchase inspection done and even drove it over themselves to the shop I selected because I couldn't be there. Overall, top notch customer service. If I need another vehicle I'll definitely check back here to see if they might have what I'm looking for.
