I had my eye on a 2018 Buick Regal TourX. I looked at sites all across the country to find one. I decided to check out the red one at Premium Motors Inc. in Villa Park. I had done extensive research on this year, make, and model. I contacted the dealership with numerous questions, which spanned over a week. Juan was kind enough to reply to all my questions, no matter how insignificant they may have seemed. We set up a time to meet, and when we arrived, Juan had the car inside for us to look over (it was cold inside). Juan was very patient with my unyielding questions. He was also kind when I wanted to do the test drive to my satisfaction. He understood that I would review and test as much as possible before committing. Jaun was humorous and flexible. He didn't push or rush us in any way. Juan was a salesperson I would recommend and do business with again in the future. The dealership was clean, and there were plenty of collector cars to look at while waiting for paperwork. In addition to Juan, Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful.

Found a car of my dreams by happenstance. My oldest bought a car here on a Thursday. That Saturday my youngest son ( 18 ) bought his first car, negotiated everything on his own and paid cash.
